Gary started his career with Data Defenders, LLC in 2014, and is currently the Chief Operating Officer for the multi-million dollar Applied Computer Forensics, I.T. Compliance and Information Assurance business. In his dual roles, Gary is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operating and financial activities of the multi-million dollar Applied Computer Forensics, I.T. Compliance and Information Assurance business.
In the same year, Gary started with Wyndham World-wide Corporation, and is currently the Regional Director of Business Unit Operations for the Midwest Region of the Wyndham Vacation Ownership Company.
Prior to joining Wyndham, Gary held various leadership and/or executive-level positions. Most recently, Gary help positions with the McDonald’s Corporation, where he was responsible for both Franchise and Corporate-Store Operations in the state of Michigan. At McDonald’s, he was responsible for 150 franchise-owned restaurants and 30 company-owned restaurants that generated a combined $425 million (i.e., $350 million franchise and $75 million corporate) in annual sales. At McDonald’s, Gary held Operations leadership positions in the Ohio, Michigan and Illinois regions.
In his McDonald’s and other leadership positions, he was responsible for providing strategic direction, leadership, coaching and mentoring to the individuals on his respective teams; and he was accountable for delivering the short and long-term sales and profit goals within his respective marketplace.
Prior to joining McDonald’s Corporation, Gary held leadership positions with prominent U.S. corporations, where he developed specialized expertise in global consulting, global supply chain management and corporate finance. Gary also served as a Commissioned Officer in the United States Air Force, and held military leadership positions in Italy, Panama and the U.S. He is a highly decorated military veteran, and has received numerous corporate awards.
In his previous positions, he was responsible for consulting to business owners and corporations at all organizational levels; developing effective business and strategic plans, which contributed significant shareholder value; and formulating and implementing joint venture and global supply chain strategies in China, Canada and the U.S.
Gary was born and raised in Illinois, and currently resides in the Chicago-suburbs. Gary is a graduate of the prestigious Illinois Institute of Technology; and the Graduate School of Business at the University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign), where he received an M.B.A. in Corporate Finance. Gary is married, with two children, and enjoys investing, fishing, playing chess and spending time with his family and friends.

Jocelyn A. Ross graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.A. in Business Communication. A native of Chicago, and mother of 2, Jocelyn believes that her family is the MOST important factor and driving force behind her success.
Jocelyn entered the Healthcare arena in 2003. She determined that field based positions were her passion, as she loves the unexpected day to day challenges of the client-customer interaction.
She has received numerous leadership awards, sales training certifications, and as a result has a high aptitude for learning various sales cycles.
In April 2016, Jocelyn discovered a need to cultivate an environment for passionate results oriented individuals. Her inspiration founded J.Ross Consulting and Sales Management LLC. Her company provides 1099 sales representatives to start up businesses in the Healthcare market.
